For converting machines, ARC International has developed a feed roller which utilizes the latest rubber compound technology with Kevlar impregnation. This Kevlar additive results in a longer life of the roller surface and less chance for premature wear patterns.

In an effort to minimize the movement of the sheet through the feed section, ARC International has developed an “Anti-Slip” feed roller surface that incorporates a proprietary tread or gripper pattern in the roller surface.  Just as a tire tread pattern provides better contact to the road, the “Anti-Slip” surface keeps the board on track more evenly and with less pressure.  This pattern is available in single durometer or dual durometer surfaces.

ARC International now offers its own proprietary tooling for pull roller applications.  Whether it’s a 45-degree diamond pattern or a straight horizontal pattern, these new surfaces provide more consistency and durability.  These surfaces are available with traditional chrome plating or with ARC’s proprietary Nikote™ stainless steel surface to provide extreme corrosion resistance.
