What are your normal business hours for customer service?

Can I arrange through you to have my rolls picked up?
If you are not within the range of our company truck routes, we will arrange to have your rolls picked up by one of our preferred carriers. We’ll even take care of the paperwork and insurance – we call it “Shipping Made Easy.”

Can you offer training on site for my operators?
We offer tailored training for all levels in your company to suit your specific requirements. Training is done by our experienced field technicians. All personnel are given a certificate of completion.

What is the lead time on getting your orders?
Resurfacing Repairs – Estimated at 10 Days

  • Refurbish – est. 7 Days
  • Fabrication – est. 3 weeks
  • Journal Repairs will increase time of repair

**Expedited service and delivery can be requested for an additional cost
