When you send a pressure roll to us for rebuilding, we subject it to a complete 31-point inspection, so no repair needs can be overlooked. All roll surfaces are machined prior to ARCJET welding to rebuild roll diameter back to OEM specifications. Our high chromium content stainless steel produces maximum corrosion resistance. In addition, we pressure test and fully certify your rolls to ensure safe operation at all operational pressures. Our full repair service includes bearings, keyways, threads, and journals, as well as complete journal and header replacement if needed.
