ARC fully rebuilds your existing shower rolls to bring them back to OEM specifications. Our commitment to ensure the best possible performance and durability begins with a rigorous 31-point inspection of incoming rolls to identify all repair needs. Prior to machining and grinding, we manually weld all roll surfaces with high chromium materials to eliminate all low/flat spots including bridge areas. We also offer WFMT (wet florescent magnetic testing) to ensure that there are no micro-fractures in roll body and journals. Smart-Chip RFID implants are available on all rolls to provide accurate roll identification and historical record.
