Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What is your lead-time for your products?
A. This depends on the product in question such as whether it is a full fabrication or a reconditioned roll or sleeve. Normal lead-time for reconditioned rolls is 2-3 weeks, and for most reconditioned rolls, it is 3-5 days or less.

Q. Can I arrange through you to have my rolls picked up?
A. If you are not within the range of our company truck routes, we will arrange to have your rolls picked up by one of our preferred carriers. We’ll even take care of the paperwork and insurance – we call it “Shipping Made Easy.”

Q. Can you offer training on site for my operators?
A. We offer tailored training for all levels in your company to suit your specific requirements. Training is done by our experienced field technicians using PowerPoint presentation material. All personnel are given a certificate of attendance.
