Hypersonic Hybrid HV Extended Cell Laser Rolls
This extended pattern offers an expanded volume range by eliminating a percentage of cell walls throughout the engraving. However, cell walls remain thin and cell depths are still very efficient in order to provide exceptional ink release. The Hybrid HV pattern is an excellent choice for those printers with standard inks that are prone to plug or even higher quality printers that demand finer line screens with expanded volumes.
Printmaster™ Mechanically Engraved Rolls
The key factor in achieving the right amount of glue for single facer and double backer applicator rolls is choosing the right type of roll finish. Our glue-roll technology offers the option of engraved tooling or matte finish. All ARC rolls are precision ground to achieve the lowest TIR and exacting taper. Fabricated in-house by exacting craftsmen, we will customize tooling to suit your application with engravings that range from 16 to 65 Quad. Chrome or stainless surface and matte finish are available. Smart Chip RFID implants are available on ARC’s Printmaster™ Mechanically Engraved rolls to provide accurate roll identification and historical record.
