Optilite™ Sleeves
Full reconditioning of all types of rubber-covered and ceramic-covered anilox sleeves are another of ARC's core competencies. As soon as we receive your sleeves, we subject them to a very detailed internal and external inspection to determine reconditioning viability. We then recondition them using the appropriate technology--our infra-red, dry-cure elastomers or plasma-ceramic coatings. We carry a wide range of base mandrels for refurbishing both anilox and rubber-covered tapered and parallel sleeves.
