All roll surfaces are machined to remove original contaminated material. The roll is then plasma ceramic coated to restore its diameter to OEM specifications. Ceramic coatings have been proven to give best performance, are particularly suited to extremely harsh environments and give a much longer life than other dielectric materials. To ensure that your roll can handle up to 40,000 volts, it is tested and certified prior to shipment.
