Laser-engraved, digital-imaged, continuous sleeves or integral print rolls are recommended for applications requiring tighter registration at high press speeds over extended run times. Our laser systems are capable of engraving up to 105" repeats on rolls weighing up to 18,000 lbs. with face lengths of 270". You benefit from the elimination of manual plate mounting, guaranteed registration, faster press speeds without plate lifting or shifting, and quick set-up with minimal material waste.

Laser Engraved Plates
Need frequent image changes? Our laser systems are capable of engraving face lengths up to 136" with a 105" repeat from a digitized image. Laser-engraving in the round results in enhanced consistency and repeatability, without image distortion of stretching. Our plates are mountable on print cylinders or sleeves and removable. Pre-mounting and laser-engraving also guarantees registration.
