For maximum flexibility with fixed mandrel sizes, Optilite™ Sleeves can be covered with specially formulated elastomers to expand the outer repeat of existing or new mandrels or sleeves. Grinding the outer surfaces makes them reusable for smaller repeats. Our nip rolls are available with synthetic or natural rubber compounds in a wide range of durometers.
