Carbon Fiber Anilox Roller

Built better to last longer

Product Image

Description

Used day after day in some of the world’s harshest environments, carbon fiber composite rollers offer greater product consistency, longer machinery life, and better processes. OEMs frequently use filament wound composite rollers to improve performance, production rate, and web quality. Ideal for robotic changeover systems, carbon fiber rollers help:

  • Extend bearing and seal life, lengthen life of equipment, rollers, bearings, bushings, and journals; reduce need for synchronizing drives and controls
  • Diminish vibration and the number of operator adjustments needed to maintain process parameters
  • Lower rotational inertia for higher production speeds plus easier start-ups and shutdowns
  • Less machine wear and quiet whip for reduced web damage and failures; improve web speed and cut down scrap caused by line tension
