See the manufacturing of a precision glue application roller. This short video shows the steps involved in the whole process from balancing the roller tube, machining both of its journals (each from solid steel), and thermal sweating of the journals to the roller tube, to cladding the roller with stainless steel then precise machining and engraving of the gluing surface for specific line counts and cell configurations. Each roller is certified, fully documented. and inspected for TIR taper and OD.
