Minimizing board crush and skew at the feed section is a challenge for every box maker.  Because of these and other feed issues, we strongly recommend that rollers be fabricated or reconditioned as a matched set for optimum performance.  While most operators understand that alignment is important at set-up, if your rollers are inadequately balanced, have poor T.I.R. or are not engineered to OEM tolerance, optimum performance is certainly not possible. ARC International ensures that when feed rollers are produced as a matched set they work in harmony to provide the best possible results time after time.

To further control skew and maximize the optimum control over the board we also offer our exclusive “ ANT-SLIP” patterned surface. With this added “footprint” to the land areas you will require less pressure and therefore create less crush to all types board regardless of the flute.

Pull rolls in steel or other coatings are also available with a variety of patterns such as Diamond Pattern and Horizontal Groove to suit your needs.
